If you enjoyed the music over the High Holy Day season this year, get ready because you are in for a real treat! We have something for
you that is dynamic, unique and deeply inspiring for ALL ages.
Music without Borders:
Experience an orchestra like you have never experienced it before. Hear music emerge from an instrument that is feet away from you. This year our concert entitled, “Music without Borders” explores the universal and timeless story that began with the Jew’s exodus from slavery. We will traverse time and space with music that elevates voices of Jews, Afro-Cubans and those who resisted Nazi Germany. Through it all, the music will teach us that it does not matter where we end up, with faith and God as our foundation, music is our true home. Free! Sponsored by Marvin and Ann Goldstein.
November 4th at 4pm, right here at TE. For ALL ages. Advance registration appreciated. Click HERE
From Darkness to Light
Vedem magazine, the longest running underground magazine regularly produced by Nazi camp prisoners sought to document the real and desperate life within the walls of the Terezin Ghetto, a Nazi “show camp” designed to create the false narrative that the life inside it was actually good. Vedem became a symbol of hope, a shining light of protest and rebellion. In the spirit of Chanukah, the holiday that brings us light in the darkest of days, join us for a concert that fills the halls with music from the holocaust, melodic Sephardic tunes and uplifting Chanukah favorites.
Cantor Adesnik and Zimria (our junior choir) debut with the ASO conducted by Maestro Juan Ramirez. Click HERE for tickets. For ALL ages. December 2nd, 2pm -4pm
Celebrate Chanukah at the Mansion!
Join Mrs. Deal and our friends in the greater Atlanta metro area and celebrate Chanukah!
Our fabulous Jr. Choir, Zimria will lead us in a Chanukah sing. Wander the mansion and take in the beautiful displays, and make your way to the ballroom for our exclusive TE Menorah display. We will present Mrs. Deal with a donation of Gifts for Toys for Tots, hear about our Menorah display, and welcome Chanukah into the Mansion with song and Menorah lighting. This is fun for the whole family, and a not to be missed afternoon!
