The Diamond Family Religious School at Temple Emanu-El is proud to launch our PreKindergarten Program. We want to welcome you and your children to a year of stimulating Jewish educational experiences.
Children will participate in exploratory activities that use all their senses to experience their world. For kids who are one year away from Kindergarten, hands-on learning with activity centers and group time to learn about holidays, Torah, the synagogue, blessings, and more. Teachers introduce the Jewish holidays to children in much the same way they approach curriculum, by making it relevant, meaningful and accessible to young learners. Stories, symbols, songs and even the tastes of holidays allow our students to begin exploration of Jewish traditions and values.
