The Diamond Family Religious School at Temple Emanu-El is proud to launch our PreK3 and PreK Programs. We want to welcome you and your children to a time of stimulating Jewish educational experiences.
Children will participate in exploratory activities that use all their senses to experience their world. These programs are for kids who are getting ready for school, building their community, and learning through play (3 and 4 year olds).
These children will have hands-on learning with activity centers and group time to learn about holidays, Torah, the synagogue, blessings, and more. Teachers introduce the Jewish holidays to children in much the same way they approach curriculum, by making it relevant, meaningful and accessible to young learners. There will be art, movement, music, and fun! Stories, symbols, songs and even the tastes of holidays allow our students to begin exploration of Jewish traditions and values while creating their sacred Jewish community.
